Near as I can tell that version came out 1989-ish (probably earlier) and 
according to the README that came with the git version of uEmacs/Pk version 
4.0.15, it is based on MicroEMACS 3.9e, which the author claims was the best 
version of MicroEMACS.  I can't find any binaries, or source for that matter, 
for DOS for any of these versions.
