I cannot find anything with the letter � in it.

Isn't � the symbol for yen?

The bottomline of this message is that it contains all the holes in CP1252 as 
well as a few that CP1252 shouldn't have issues with.  Also I am checking a 
routine I added to offline messaging on the node which should convert all the 
characters in question, as well as a few that aren't in question, to CP437 from 
their native UTF-8.  I am guessing it won't be an issue with you but if you 
notice anything out of place or missing it would be nice to know.
