No such luck and note "CHRS: UTF-8 4" kludge is set.  I am wondering if that is 
just joe or would it be the same no matter what.  One thing for sure is that 
the CHRS kludge is totally bogus and here is more evidence to that fact.  Kids 
these days, eh?
