Radius has a setting called "Use Nodelist Data" that seems to read the current nodelist flags well -- otherwise, you can download the ARGUS.TXT file from the I-ARGUS file echo; it's an Argus-formatted file that you include under Config->TCP/IP Daemon->Nodes->Auxiliary nodes file.
