Subj : Number of outgoing connections To : Paul Quinn From : Bj”rn Felten Date : Mon Mar 31 2014 06:51:33 PQ> Well, with 12 potentially simultaneous connections it's some of a PQ> mindf@ck when you think about it. Poor little Windows probably couldn't PQ> take any more. LOL! You're probably right. The "home" version of XP had a limitation of network connections, sometimes dropping one or so connected computers in my home net. Hacked that of course, but with binkp connecting via several ports at the same connection, I guess even my hacked XP could run into problems. So I guess I'll stay with the four outgoings for now. PQ> Any ideas? More beer & prawns! Ahhh, you sure are a good toastmaster. Please give me a small glass of vodka with that beer. I don't know if the news about that Russian whiskey class sub, that stranded on a rock outside a Swedish marine base in 1981, reached you, but ever since then whiskey on the rocks has always been a fun part when it comes to Swedish drinks. Sinking a glass of vodka into a glass of beer is called a Russian submarine here. --- Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; sv-SE; rv:1.9.1.16) Gecko/20101125 * Origin: news://felten.yi.org (2:203/2) .
