The posts are slightly offset from the left margin, thus  
rendering the tail end of a line to wrap prematurely when  
viewing in the Vertical.

Other echos that do the same thing are FIDONEWS and FIDOGAZETTE  
when publishing the newsletters.

Even the BBS_ADS and ECHO_ADS often use a wider display for  
their info.

BTW.. even the two echoes above would be good "info" to reach  
out to the newbie Telegram user.  Often the http:// links to the  
bbs are in there. A curious user is just a click away from  
pulling up the website to get the latest news about that bbs.
