As with collectibles, people also have very strong feelings about foods from 
their past.  Sometimes these special recipes get lost.  This section is to help 
people who are looking for lost recipes from their past.  If you submit a 
request, please include the geographical region where you tasted the recipe.

Here's a recipe for Cornbread Salad, thanks to Carol T of Cullman,Al
CORNBREAD SALAD

3 cups coarsely crumbled cornbread
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/2 teaspoon sage
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 (15-ounce) can English peas, drained 1 (11-ounce) can niblet corn with red 
and green peppers, drained Salt, pepper and granulated garlic to taste 3/4-1 
cup mayonnaise

Combine all ingredients except seasonings and mayonnaise, mixing well.  Add 
seasonings to taste.  Fold in mayonnaise, adding more if desired.  Makes 10-12 
servings.
