Yes, hearing that makes it seem even stranger. And I do recall when I first tried installing Linux on my old computer, I had trouble as the graphics card in it wasn't supported. But still, I could at least see the desktop. It just displayed rather oddly! Haven't heard it he has it squared away now or not.
