Yes that is all you need to do. Open 24554 (TCP) in your 
firewall/router/whatever and point it with a port forward to your Amiga and the 
same port. 

Beware, however - Amibinkd will crash regurarely and take the entire system 
with it no matter how big of a stack you give it.
