I don't know who's been complaining about "chain migration," but that seems
to be his focus here. I love chain migration if it's done legally & not
through loopholes. At a time when illegal immigration is at its worst, my
buddy is fixing something that isn't broke instead. That's ok, but I am
worried that he may have just lost a few votes for this. (Not mine though)

I don't see what white has to do with any of this?
