Well, after a globalist like Obama, I am sure Europe and elsewhere is not
happy that they are no longer seen as being on equal footing with the
citizens of the states that actually elect the President.  He runs his
mouth (and fingers) way too much, but it is nice to feel like we actually
have someone in office who thinks of his own citizens first rather than
looking down their noses at some of us "fly-over" people.

I am doubting you'd think so much of a PM who put Americans on the same
footing as his fellow countrymen, would you?
