Scan your household, your car, your clothes labels, your computer ... It's all 
made somewhere else. That's what makes it affordable.
 
Have it all made locally and things will become so expensive you will be at the 
exit of Walmart with a sign "Will work for food".
 
Have you checked the origins of vegetables and fruits in the local supermarket?

And nobody wonders about the wages that the buggers get in China or where-ever 
who actually make the stuff that cheap...
