Although I assume this to be correct, those people who believe that adter 150+ 
years they still can draw rights from that period, should be entitled to a free 
one-way ticket to Liberia or Sierra Leone, two countries that were set-up for 
the return of former slaves and their dependants to Africa.
 
Just imagine ... the Hawaiians are also going to file claims and every other 
minority in the USA...
