Your statement is not completely accurate.  I did a quick search and
found it being said by a few right wing sites such as Fox News and
Breitbart claimed that Biden did that -- but it was disputed by other
sites.  What I also found was that some campaign staffers and Kamala
contributed to such a fund as a protest against the cash bail system.
