LOL. This and other utopian fantasies such as healthcare-for-all all depend on
one common flawed theme; that being the trust in big government to be able to
run and administer such services efficiently; for a country of what? 320+
million people?

The infrastructure and deployment that would be required is astronomical not
to mention the cost and the obvious distrust of cybersecurity implications.
