But how do you explain "budget cuts" to a child with little brain function?
I'm not blaming you, I'm just venting. Shouldn't housing for disabled
children be a primary function of the state? Like mandatory spending?

I understand and agree, and some people even call it a "disability," but drug
addiction isn't something that I have more sympathy for than disabled
children. I know it's just my opinion, but I think the people of my city or
county would agree with me on this. But, we're nobodies.

Banning sugar & cigarettes might work, because who wants to go to prison for
