I understand, but mental illness is a medical condition also. He closed
"Broome Developmental Center" and transformed it into uhh some drug rehab
place. I'm not the boss, so there's hopefully a good reason for that, but it
was a place that housed disabled children. IMO, it's sad for children to have
to relocate (disabled - maybe familyless children) to a different county
after they've gotten used to it here.

....And it's because of drug addiction, caused by drug use, caused by bad
choices. It bothers me. I'd help those kids stay put if I had the money or
power.
