How could the leader of the USA be a small time dictator? Wouldn't he be more 
like a large-scale dictator?

The media gives Trump too much credit for dictatorship. If you want to see a 
real dictator in the USA, who actually kills his own residents with executive 
orders, look no further than NY governor Andrew Cuomo, a proud member of the 
radical Democrat party.
