Illegal immigration has been a popular issue at least since 2005. People don't
feel safe with illegal immigrants creeping outside their windows. Those who 
aren't scared are either ultra wealthy, ultra powerful, or ultra ignorant.

When Trump indicated that he was interested in building a wall, that appealed 
to people. It didn't make us hate Mexicans, or other central Americans. We 
want people to come from any country to stay & become a citizen. We don't want
them coming in without documentation. That's not how my ancestors came - they 
came through Ellis Island, and were subject to TB testing, a physical exam, 
and a background check.
