The US has one of the worst records in regards to the number of
tests per capita. Barely 60 million tests out of a total population
of 320 million. That is horrible. And the turnaround for results
makes many of those tests meaningless, as so much time has elapsed
making it impossible to do contact tracing on those who have tested
positive.

The mortality rate (deaths per 100,000 people) clearly shows the
US as having a problem. A huge problem, with the US now #4 in the
world with 47.93 deaths per 100,000 people. Once schools open,
and football season begins, the US will jump to #1 - which is now
being held by the UK with 69.63 deaths per 100,000 people.

You see, even if the US had done no testing at all, it would still
have the same mortality rate of 47.93 deaths per 100,000 people.

Trump had several chances to get a better deal, but chose not to.
Now we the taxpayers are stuck with a bill five times higher, and
will not receive much-needed PPE until 2022. That is not due to
"liberal ideologies", but his own bullheadedness and incompetence.

People have a constitutional right to protest. You and others might
not like it, but that is the American way. Best to get used to it.
