He could have tried to make it mandatory that all Americans don't leave their
property unless going to the hospital, then arrange for food/medicine to be
delivered. Also, he could have shut down all international travel
immediately. Even now, he could/should demand all Americans to get tested &
quarantined if positive.

Does that sound like stuff Democrats will let him get away with?

Does that sound like stuff that Hillary would do if she were president?

I know this isn't a Hillary thread, but she's the person the Democrats
trusted to handle stuff like this.
