You are referring to the State of the Union address given on February 4,
2020.  The word epidemic only occurs in connection to Aids and Opioid
addition.  There was a small paragraph just before that where he simply
mentioned working with China on the corona virus infection -- but he
made not inference that he had a clue that it might become an epidemic
or pandemic.

In fact, he made statements about how it would just go away on its own
-- nothing to worry about.  "This is like a flu" (Feb 26, 2020).   It
was not until mid March that he began to acknowledge that it might
become a serious problem.

SO, when you try to speak, why not look up the facts first instead of
just repeating some garbage given to you by some talking head.

The rest of your biased diatribe is not worth commenting on.
