It is fun you say that. I was recently handed a document about making dark
humor jokes that were socially acceptable. The whole thing was many pages long,
but it could be sumarized as follows:

"It is not ok to make jokes that put gays or ethnic minorities in a bad light.
It is ok to put white males or authority figures in a bad light."

Also summarizable as:

"It is ok to trash the people we oppose, but don't dare trashing our
supporters"
