What Biden scandal?  Ukraine closed its two investigations into
the matter, having found no wrongdoing by either of the Bidens.
Ukraine has also shut the door on the possibility of conducting
a third investigation (that Trump wanted), with President Zelensky
reminding folks that Ukraine is an independent country, and that
as the leader of his country he takes orders from no one.
