Is The Joe Biden Scandal the reason why Obama doesn't endorse him as
presidential candidate? Or does Obama not endorse Joe Biden because of his
racism or sexism? Or is it because Obama was in on the Ukranian gas deal?

Or does Obama not endorse Joe Biden because Obama only cares about himself,
as he's demonstrated throughout his years as regime leader?
