You really should stay better informed, there have been military exercises
with the U.S. and it allies in that region. Kim is not happy about it. 
but there is very little he can do about it. 

If your not sure of what POTUS may have given up, how about you get sure and
then post some facts, instead of making baseless accusations. m'kay...
