So what are you suggesting? In order to be consider domestic terrorist you must
be white, and that these blacks that are killing each other in Chicago don't
matter because they are not civilized.

That's pretty racist, and just as bad as Joe Biden saying 
"That poor kids are just as smart as white kids."
