This is nothing more then a hit piece from a MSNBC, it's not credible. 
They cant get him on collusion or obstruction, the race narrative from the
worn out pages from the Democratic play book backfired like a boomerang. 

Baltimore is a cesspool and was made this way by the nasty people who have
lived there and are who still living there. The high crime and lawlessness is
the result that has created the blight that you see on your television. This
was put squarely with a laser scope onto Elijah Cummings.

Now they are using one of the tragic events in American history; 9/11 to attack
and desmirch and smear the President. Disgraceful.
