No -- you have been told that whether or not the attempts at obstruction
were successful is irrelevant.   The attempt itself is against the law.
Mueller said that in at least some cases, Trumps attempts at obstruction
were not successful because others did not carry out his orders.

I am not aware that anyone called you a lair[sic], I certainly have not
done so.
