They do that here occasionally, and woe unto the truck driver that is 
caught with dyed fuel in his fuel tank (dyed fuel is used in farm 
equipment and for other off-road purposes (like my furnace, #2 diesel 
and #2 heating oil are essentially the same thing), and the motor-fuel 
tax is not collected on it)
