Subj : ALLFIX 5.XX announce to a text file?

Is there some way to get ALLFIX to generate a text file for the file
announcement instead of trying to post to an echo?

I've got a Synchronet system, have tried various combinations of formats, and
would just like a text file that I could put into my message bases with the
SMBUTIL command.
