That's right! Apparently a bug in Allfix. When it posts to squish base,
it will create the MSGID ok.

 ml> my 5.13.4 puts MSGID in the jam bases when it posts to them...

And I'm talking about the last original Allfix, 6.00.18 from Harald. ;D
