Subj : Allfile not working

Right now im using build 21 and all I am getting is a blank allfiles listing 
right now. when i run fixutil allfiles. In my asetup.exe
here is my parameters:
Age is 0 and I have like 12 file areas open for fixutil to scan. Thank You for 
your time.
