Subj : How to delete a stuck Email?

It looks like one of my users tried to send an Internet Email, but it is stuck
and I can't figure out how to delete it out of the system.

The error message is in the format of

SEND Message #4065 from <user@dmine.net>
to 'person's name' <mail@domain.com> - in transit

How do I either 1) get it out of transit or 2) just delete it.
