Upper case key names will not work in that example. You must use the key names as documented (lowercase) at https://wiki.synchro.net/module:logon

The stock ctrl/modopts.ini file already has a [login] section:

.... so you shouldn't have to add a section, just the keys (with the proper spelling/case).
