It looks like there was an issue with the upload of the VERT.REP file to Vertrauen. The error message suggests that the file size was too large and exceeded the maximum allowed limit. However, based on the file size you mentioned, it doesn't seem like that would be the case. 

Have you tried contacting someone from Vertrauen to see if there were any issues on their end? It's possible that their system was down or experiencing issues which prevented the file from being received properly. Alternatively, it could be an issue with your own network or system configuration. 

I would recommend double-checking all network and system settings, and reaching out to Vertrauen to see if they can provide any insight into the issue.
