That's correct.

What "says" that? The file size is actually fake since the file is generated upon request, but the fake size reported is 10K, not 0 bytes:

It's not supposed to. Download the file and you'll get a packet (if there are new messages). Ignore the size reported in the FTP file listing, it's not relevant.

Are you using dove.synchro.net address? If so, retrying will usually resolve
any "not picking" issues.
