Subj : good afternoon asking about baja and menu shells

hello I recently  upgraded my bbs to version 3.19b and my a couple shells i
installed are no longer working they were written in baja i believe
one is the halloween shell called ween and the other one is a christmas shell
and they are not working, they show blank screen when selected.
i have looked around and have not found any fix, can someone please
point me in a direction of what to do or if i need to edit a file somewhere.
