The TRS-80 version of BASIC computer games is specific for the TRS-80.

If you don't have a TRS-80, then the BASIC Games for Microcomputers is the book
to use.

But that version of BASIC computer games programs in BASIC to the "lowest
common denominator" and won't use any of the
features in the C64, PET or VIC.  It will treat your screen like a glass
teletype (no clear screen, no color, no cursor
positioning) and no sound other than basic beep (i.e. print chr$(7) which is
ASCII BEL - a teletype's bell).
