I don't use Windows but whereever you main logfile is for sbbs, whatever
logs telnet connections, web stuff, etc. It should all be logged there.

Maybe you can use findstr for TICKIT and it'll show you the log where it is.
You might also have to increase logging level. I use debug so I get
everything.
