True, most browsers look very similar these days.

Yes, very easy - a single radio button in Settings.  I prefer that too.

 Ni> and removing the top menu bar in favor of the 3-bar menu, etc..

Also adjustable - right click near the top and checkbox for Menu Bar.

I use both Firefox and Chromium about equally.
