You'd do that every year when your current promotion ended. The last time my promotion ended, I said I'd need to cancel if I couldn't get my bill down to XXX and they said "sorry to see you go". I told them I needed to speak to someone who knew their account offerings, got put on hold and someone came back 20 minutes later with a decent promotion.
