Here's a shout-out to Keepass and Google Drive. I keep my keepass file in 
Google Drive and have my passwords on my phone *and* on my desktop and 
laptop.

I use a plugin to add a "Connect via Putty" and "Connect Via WinSCP" right- 
click entry, so I for the systems I don't use a key with I can automatically 
connect without having to copy/paste creds.
