I don't think anyone can be trusted enough to implant wires (neuralace) into
other people's heads. The first wave of people who will get involved are those
who are disabled, people with whom the technology can provide a legitimate
benefit. Once the rest of us become normalised to the idea & see that it's
helping people become mobile again, and curing aspects of mental health, etc...
a lot of us will buy into and become invested in the idea as it will, in a more
mature stage of development, provide benefits to those who are fully abled.
