This is going to harm communities due to the increase in the drugs trade. I do agree that too much is put onto the plate of the police these days... cops are expected to be social workers, medics, law enforcement, marriage councillors, etc... all rolled into one. We need to get policing back to old fashioned guard, watch and patrol and ensure that the other agencies pick up the slack.
