A lot of it were things I had ruminated on, or guessed to some degree, but Douglas Murray wrote with great clarity. I'm pretty convinced we are in a general civilisational decline, don't let the iPhone's fool you. People have become so cocooned, coddled, they have lost connection with reality, and are functioning in a make-believe world. ....
