I built a new PC in 2011 and used it until 2019, when I built a new PC. It felt fresh & fast, though still I don't think it was quite as significant as older PC upgrades. I did put an RTX graphics card in it, which was cool though. I'm still using my 2019 PC, but I've upgraded a few components. One game I've been able to run on it is Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 (and then 2024), which I've really enjoyed, and I'm sure I probably wouldn't have been able to play that with my 2011 PC.
