You need to hold the thing and asses if it is really more solid. There used to be a company that made tools and vehicles for the construction industry, and they had a line of phones and electronics for field use. That stuff was night undestructible, you could try and crush their cellphones with a pneumatic drill and it would take you a good while to do it. I don't think the idea caught on.
