Mine is a Ryzen-9, 32GB, without the add-on Nvidia graphics module. Not cheap, but as you said very ugradeable/customizable, and easy to work on if needed. I added the numeric keypad option as well. Haven't had any trouble with it and it's Linux-friendly. I'd give it a "highly recommended" rating. ....
