I need to check into proxmox, as I don't know much about it YET...

This is why I replied; just a heads up, I use Thinkpads as my main rigs.
Mostly T430s & T440 machines - but I do have a slew of Thinkpad parts, in
case you're needing something to make a complete laptop. 

Sorry to jump in... but... ThinkPads! Yay!
